Pick volume depends on the active season and your subscription tier. On heavy game days you can expect 3 to 8 picks. Lower star tiers get access to our core plays, while higher tiers unlock every pick including premium 4 and 5-star releases.

Stars reflect our confidence level in a pick. 1 to 2-star picks are solid plays. 3-star picks are strong. 4 and 5-star picks are our highest-conviction releases and are reserved for top-tier subscription plans. More stars means we have stronger model signals and sharper line value.

Most picks are posted the morning of the game, giving you time to shop for the best line at your sportsbook. Some high-value plays are released a day or two in advance when early line movement is spotted.

No. SBH subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan expires you will see a notification in your dashboard. You can renew or upgrade at any time from the Packages section.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the Cashier section. Your new access level takes effect immediately. Upgrades apply right away so you never miss a high-star pick.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We also accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) for members who prefer crypto payments.

Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. SBH never stores your card details on our servers. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.

All sales are final once picks have been accessed for the current period. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us through our Communications Center and we will review your case promptly.

After subscribing, log into your account and go to the My Picks section in your dashboard. Picks for your tier are displayed there, organized by date and sport. New picks are posted automatically as soon as they are released.

Yes. Go to Account Settings inside your dashboard to update your name, email, phone number, or password at any time.

Once your plan expires, access to picks and premium content is paused. Your account stays active and all your history is saved. You can renew or upgrade from the Packages page whenever you are ready.
